these are great- easy to adjust and nice to hold. I made the mistake of buying the 5lb ones mistaking them for 5kg but that was my fault- description is clear enough!

J’ai pris ces haltères pour ma femme qui voulait faire du sport d’entretien à la maison. L’avantage de ces haltères, c’est qu’on peut modifier le poids très facilement. Il suffit de clipser les poids supplémentaires en les tournant d’un quart de tour. C’est simple et rapide.
La prise en main est bonne. La couleur rose est sympa.
Ma femme est très contente.

Als Physiotherapeutin weiss ich,wie wichtig Kraftraining ist.Muskelmasse wird abgebaut ,Fettmasse angebaut.Die Hanteln sehen schick aus,man kann sie einstellen ,wie man möchte,Musik an und los gehts.Armbeuger,Armstrecker,Ab und Adduktoren gekräftigt.Es werden auch noch Miokyne gebildet,die Botenschtoffe bilden,Miokyne gegen Entzündungen und man kann sogar besser schlafen.Nach Möglichkeit mache ich am späten Nachmittag Sport,Abends Joga.Mit den Hanteln die auch schick aussehen,macht der Sport Spaas und ich spare Geld für die Mukibude.Und nehme sie auch mal zum Walken statt Stöcke.

These are a game changer !!! Need adjustable easy weights that you can drop set super quickly and easy? These should be in your basket. I absolutely love these so much from the little star details making them different from your regular dumbbells, they are super nice to hold with little holes for our grips.
